| Description | On February 13th, 2007 I visited Khao Sok Nat. Park, Prov. Phang Nga, South-Thailand and had a chance to take pictures from different phases of growth of Rafflesia kerrii Meijer. I have been guided by Park Ranger Khun Sutin. The pictures show the following details: # 2 buds approx. 20 and 14 cm in diameter plus a small bud right above # bud approx. 20 cm in diameter soon to burst open # full blooming specimen approx. 60 cm in diameter # faded specimen and beneath a bud approx. 18 cm in diameter |
